I really like working with clients over a 12 month period so we can get stuck into repairing, renovating and rebuilding their brick small business in a structured and strategic way.
For some people, instead of doing the practical work we had planned for that session, they just need to download the frustrations and everything that's going on with them and their team so I listen and help them put things in perspective to get them back on track. And that's why I'm a great Sounding Board for you.
For others, it's working to a plan and ensuring they keep making progress rather than constantly being overwhelmed; and for most of my coaching clients, it's a combination of both.
