I realised the similarities between the fairytale and how businesses are built. In the process, I also discovered two more houses: The Reno and The Rundown.
So I wrote my first business book: The Five Little Business Pigs which explored the signs of each of these houses, who your Wolf is, and the concept of The Reluctant Business Owner. It then outlines my 5 step process which helps business owners get CLEAR on your Business, People and Systems; and then provides simple practical solutions to get small businesses back on track.
But there's no business book to help RTO Owners, CEOs and Managers actually run the RTO which, surprise surprise, is a business.
So I turned my first business book into The Five Little RTO Pigs: Helping Registered Training Organisations build simple, profitable and compliant businesses. This is the first and only business book for RTOs and was launched at the Vivacity Conference on 19th May 2016.
