What I soon discovered was it's not enough to simply be talented at what you do, or be passionate about helping people (which I am!); you have to be able to market that talent to other people.
My lack of marketing know how AND CLARITY about my true value meant I was forced to watch in frustration as less talented competitors won all the business.
That's when I decided to I didn't have all the answers and there had to be a better way. So I completely immersed myself in learning everything I could about running a business.
I spent a fortune on books, training, masterminds and private coaching to finally discover what truly works, and more importantly, what doesn't work.
I'm a published Author including the only business book for RTOs, a sought after Speaker, and trusted Coach and Mentor to hundreds of RTO Owners, CEOs and Managers who know there's more to running an successful RTO than just being 'compliant' or providing quality training and service.
Instead, you have to EMBRACE all aspects of running a profitable business... finance, sales, marketing, HR and systems. And you have to focus your TIME on what's really important.
