For over 25 years, I've been providing much needed support to Small Business Owners, CEOs and their teams so they can build, manage and grow a PROFITABLE BUSINESS.
I've found simple ways to bring in more customers which puts more money in your bank account.
I've helped countless owners make their business easier to run and a more enjoyable place to work for them and their team.
I've given people CLARITY so they can focus on what's important and know what to do next rather than feeling overwhelmed.
And I've been fortunate to help reset teams who had been struggling to meet deadlines and even sometimes get along with each other, so they could remember again why they loved working in their business.
Now I live and breathe my MISSION: to help owners build simple profitable small businesses they actually love.
I draw inspiration from successful small business owners, authors and my other passion SPORT to provide you with a unique coaching and speaking perspective.
BUT BELIEVE ME - THINGS WERE NOT ALWAYS LIKE THIS...
When I first started running my business in 2002, I fell into the trap many small business owners do. I focused all my efforts on delivering the best possible service to my clients and doing all the things on the To Do List, believing that would automatically lead to business growth.
...I was wrong...
What I soon discovered was it's not enough to simply be talented at what you do, or be passionate about helping people (which I am!); you have to be able to market that talent to other people.
My lack of marketing know how AND CLARITY about my true value meant I was forced to watch in frustration as less talented competitors won all the business.
That's when I decided I didn't have all the answers and there had to be a better way. So I completely immersed myself in learning everything I could about running a business. I spent a fortune on books, training, masterminds and private coaching to finally discover what truly works, and more importantly, what doesn't work.
FAST FORWARD TO TODAY
I'm a published Author including the only business book for RTOs, a sought after Speaker, and trusted Coach and Mentor to hundreds of Small Business Owners, Managers and their teams who know there's more to running a successful small business than just being 'passionate' or providing quality products and service.
Instead, you have to EMBRACE all aspects of running a profitable business... finance, sales, marketing, HR and systems. And you have to focus your TIME on what's really important.
By sharing the business lessons I've learnt (and continue to learn) through my coaching, presentations, programs and books; I have helped influence countless owners grow a more profitable and rewarding business.

I am so grateful to play a part in helping so many people enjoy greater success in their small businesses.
While I'd like to tell you it came easily for me, I was far from an overnight success. It took me years to figure out the blueprint to growing a simple profitable business you actually love.
Because if you don't love your small business, then what's the point? You might as well close it down and get a well paid job with less stress.
I have made heaps of mistakes and spent lots of money trying to figure out the secret to growing a simple profitable business because just like someone running a small business, I had no Manual.
My mission now is to help people, just like you, learn how to quickly and easily turn their passion and expertise into a profitable business they actually love but without having to waste valuable time and money trying to figure it all out alone; or worse, invest in strategies which simply won't work.
By drawing on the lessons from successful sporting players and teams, I've helped many small business owners and their teams get CLEAR on how to manage their Role, Time, Business, People and Systems so they know what to do (aka The STRATEGY) and the next simple steps to achieve success (aka The HOW).
And why do I do this?
I've seen too many people disenchanted with their
